The restaurant is the spearhead amongst  the different qualities of the Castello di Altomonte. The philosophy of the property is be a “Kilometer Zero Restaurant” whenever possible.

This is possible thanks to the varied production of farms linked to the Bruno family: olive oil, wine, vegetables and meats, as well as other farms present  in the area. Genuineness, product quality and fresh flavors are the common denominators of all the dishes cooked at the Castle.

Everything is presented in porcelain and silver.
